no expiry
The order status and the finished report are always available in your client portal.
Anyone you show the report to can point a camera at the QR code and see the number, date and checksum.
Only basic details are public. The address, amount and appendices open after sign-in.
All reports are kept in the portal. If we update a report, the old QR code on paper keeps working.
The price depends on the type of object and the purpose. After a short call we name the exact cost — before work starts and with no extras.
Usually 1–3 working days after the inspection. If it is urgent, say so in your request and we will give a realistic date.

A QR scan publicly shows only the number, date, page count, version and checksum. The report itself opens to the client after sign-in.
The QR code on pages already printed keeps working and shows the current version of the document.
We will call back within a working day, clarify the details and name the price.
